Amber Premium’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold pressed from single estate Suri olives. The growing, harvesting, and production of the oil engages Jewish, Arab, and Druze farmers, workers, and shepherds in a collaborative, mutually-beneficial effort.

The olives are grown in the shadow of the Carmel Mountains, abutting National Forest land. The Jewish National Fund (JNF), which manages the National Forests, has worked collaboratively with our grower for many years, resulting in one of the earliest organic-certified olive orchards in Israel. A herd of goats ensures that undergrowth is managed, and the trees are fertilized, naturally, without the use of herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers.
Our agricultural partner has been operating for 37+ years, while some of the olive trees under management date back over 400 years!
