ARAME Sea Vegetable

Arame sea vegetable grows in the low tidal zone, particularly in the Ise- shima region of Japan. It is rich in vitamins and minerals, particularly iodine. Arame is used in side dishes, steamed dishes, fried foods, and other recipes.

KOMBU Sea Vegetable

Kombu sea vegetable contains the most potassium of all the sea vegetables and, since potassium removes sodium, it is effective in reducing swelling. Kombu is used to make broth, with less fat than broths made from animal products. In addition to soups, Kombu can be used in steamed dishes, dressings, and pasta recipes.

Wakame Sea Vegetable

Wakame sea vegetable grows at depths of 3 to 10 meters in the sea off the Japanese coast. It is sun-dried to retain its nutritional value. Wakame contains alginic acid which removes sodium and is a good natural food product for people with high blood pressure. Wakame is best suited to miso soup, as well as steamed vegetables and salads.

Soba Noodles

Soba is Japanese for buckwheat. Soba noodles are rich in protein and calcium. They are an excellent food for maintaining overall good health, especially the 100% soba noodles.

Organic White Umeboshi

Umeboshi is a traditional Japanese food produced by pickling Japanese plums. Umeboshi contains organic acids that assist metabolism and particularly the digestive system. Umeboshi can be added to sushi, rice balls, and other dishes.

Sencha green tea is the most popular tea in Japan. Sencha tea leaves have a deep green color, refreshing aroma, and slight bitterness in its sweet flavor. Sencha is therefore suitable with sweets as well as when you would simply like to refresh yourself. Sencha contains the most protein and dietary fiber among all kinds of tea.

Kukicha is produced from the stems and branches of the tea plant. Our Kukicha is roasted. It may be served hot or cold, and is popular because it contains less caffeine than other green teas.
